This Inventory Program has been established to assist in completing the requirements for each individual laboratory (for which you are responsible).

1. Please read/print "Instructions for Chemical Inventory Registration" in its entirety prior to attempting to complete the inventory
2. There is also a link to the Appendix A chemicals list. (if you choose to print as a reference)
3. Keep in mind that you only need to be concerned with the chemicals listed in Appendix A

Note: If you do not have any Appendix A chemicals, you still need to register in the Chemical Inventory Program. We need the PI’s and Supervisor’s information, as well as the preparer’s, in order to track who has reviewed their chemical inventory. This information is needed in the event that the Department of Homeland Security requires GU to provide information on how the data was collected.
