Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) is responsible for the Georgetown University (GU) Laser Safety program. To accurately account for all the lasers present at GU, complete one Laser Registration form for each laser, laser product or laser system (Class 3B and Class 4). In addition, include registrations for equipment that will be serviced at GU containing Class 3B or Class 4 embedded lasers.
