Using the new Electronic Forms

The new electronic system for routing proposal transmittal forms for soliciting grants, as well as supplemental forms for existing grants, is now available for use on the Main Campus.  The paper equivalent of these forms will remain available for a short period of time, while the new system is in its "trial" stage.  Having said that, faculty are strongly encouraged to begin using the electronic system, as it soon will be the only means by which to submit these materials to OSP for vetting and submission to sponsors.

To facilitate the process of introduction, we have created a short presentation on "how to" navigate the new electronic system, which also includes information on providing signatory approval and attaching supplemental forms.  By no means should anyone be discouraged or daunted by the new system; as the above presentation surely will illustrate, it is both user-friendly and visually identical to its paper counterpart and should in no way become a logistical hindrance for anyone.   We welcome your questions and comments.
