Tax Accounting Consultants - also called Independent Contractors are individuals that have no affiliation to   Georgetown University with whom Georgetown University faculty collaborate.  These individuals must be paid by contract.  The following site details the preliminary information that must be submitted to OSP in order to issue a consulting agreement.
