Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Study Specific Disclosure Form is Required for All Proposal Submission
ALL Georgetown University investigators submitting or re-submitting proposals to an external sponsor are required to complete or update, if necessary, their General Investigator Disclosure online at https://georgetownresearch.interneer.com/intellect/ as well as a Study Specific Disclosure Form [MS Word] and submit signed copies of both to the Office of Sponsored Programs as part of the proposal review process. Investigators include the principal investigator, co-principal investigator, co-investigator, project director and any other person who is responsible for the design, conduct or reporting of research. For additional information, please read the directives issued by the Conflict of Interest Committee Chair and the Main Campus Conflicts of Interest Officer.
Investigators who are recipients of PHS-funded grants and contracts on or after August 24, 2012, are required to complete a Financial Conflict of Interest training prior to the expenditure of any PHS funds. Training is required prior to the set up of any new RX cost centers for new, incoming grants and contracts or the increase and extension of an existing RX cost center for a non-competing continuation award. Training should be at the Cooperative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) website at https://www.citiprogram.org/default.asp
