Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Study Specific Disclosure Form is Required for All Proposal Submission

ALL Georgetown University investigators submitting proposals to an external sponsor are required to complete a Study Specific Disclosure Form [PDF] [MS Word] and submit a signed copy either to the Office of Sponsored Programs (Main Campus) or the Office of Sponsored Research (Medical Center) as part of the proposal review process.
