Application Forms

Faculty that plan to submit a proposal to an external sponsor must have the proposal cleared through the relevant University signatories prior to submitting the proposal to the sponsor.  This section contains a link to OSP's Proposal Transmittal Form, which is the internal routing document for University clearance.  This section also contains links to the application or program pages of federal, foundation and non-profit sponsors.

External sponsors typically have their own proposal submission requirements.  Federal government proposals are characterized by numerous standard application forms with very structured application requirements.  Foundation and corporate proposals tend to be much less structured and, in many cases, contain no standard application forms.  It is extremely important to review the proposal application requirements of each sponsor.  Contact OSP or OAUR if you have any difficulty in interpreting the sponsor's requirements.
