General Directions

95 South (Past Mixing Bowl)
Exit 150B, VA-619 (Joplin Rd) - go west
Continue on Joplin Rd. for ~4 miles
Take right into park on Mawavi Rd
Keep left at the first two forks 
Turn right at the 3rd fork to Camp 2 - Mawavi
 Wind ~1/4 mile
to  Camp 2 (Mawavi).
 

There is a parking lot on your left as you approach
the camp.  You MUST park there and
NOT at the main building.

$5 Entrance fee/car 

Camp Mawavi (Camp 2)

Rustic cabin camping with running water, large kitchen, real bathrooms with hot showers and flush toilets, and rooms with actual beds

Sleeping bag or sheets & blanket / pillow

towels  / shampoo / hand soap

Games  -  baseball this year?

Swimsuit and towel?

Snacks, desserts, beer

Sunscreen  /  A small, pocket, flashlight

Bug spray (no bugs were sighted last year, however)

Cleaning supplies / Toilet paper (just in case)

An attitude ready to enjoy both science and society
