| Any student bill is available to view on Student Access+. Bills are displayed by term, so be sure to select the correct (most recent) term when examining your bill. The balance from your previous term, if not zero, will be calculated in to your present term bill. The on-line bill does not list due dates. Payment Due Dates . |

| Students can set up authorization for parents or another third party to view the bill
and make payments. The student logs on to Student Access+ and selects “Authorization
Account Creation – Give Others Access”. When the authorization is created, an email
containing the link to the access login page is sent to the person who is being granted
access. The recipient is then able to use the link to view the student’s bill and to make
payments on line. Since the link is the authorization for access, it is important that the
recipient retains the email with the link for future use. Anyone other than the student seeking to obtain access to StudentAccess+ will need (1) a
valid email address (2) the student’s GOCard number. |
