Georgetown Univeristy requires that all students in a degree-granting program obtain a minimum standard of health insurance coverage. In order to ensure this, each student is assessed a charge for the coverage every year, usually in the fall semester.
The Student Health Insurance acceptance/waiver survey must be completed online through MyAccess by the student. The survey will be available after July 13th, 2009 under the Personal Information tab.

Students must fully and accurately complete the survey in order for their acceptance or waiver to be processed. Waiver processing can take up to five (5) business days. If the charge for Health Insurance has not been removed following a waiver submission and you have not been contacted by the Student Health insurance Office, please contact them.
