If you have a credit balance on your account and are otherwise eligible to receive a refund, you may have your refund transferred directly into your bank account.
You are required to fill out an Automatic Deposit form that can be viewed downloaded and printed in PDF by clicking on the link above. The form must have an original check (not a deposit slip) from the desired bank account attched to it. You should write VOID across the check. Only checks from the student's account will be accepted. Joint accounts are accepted only if the students name appears on the check. You then must deliver the form to the Office of Student Accounts.
This can be done in two ways:
- Deliver it in person. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5p.m. We are located next to the Registrar's office in the basement of the White Gravenor building.
- Mail the form to:

You must request a refund in addition to submitting this form. Submission of this form only establishes your bank information in the system. You need to submit this form multiple times only if your bank information changes.
The Office of Student accounts strongly recommends this option. All bank information is treated with the utmost privacy and can be removed from the student system upon request at any time. |
