New entering students at Georgetown face specific challenges when it comes to registering and paying their student bill. As a new entering student you will be mailed a number of important documents used in completeing your registration. Your NetID and NetID password are mailed by the Registrar's Office and are used among other things to access our web-based services on StudentAccess+. Your student bill is available on-line through Access+ the first week in July and is mailed to your listed billing address the second week in July. If you do not have a NetID and password by July, please contact the Registrar's Office. Parents, find out more about accessing your child's bill on-line and the Privacy Act.
Your registration is not complete without complete settlement of your student account.
All new entering students are charged full-time tuition. Graduate students, if you plan on enrolling in less than 12 credit-hours, you should pay the per credit-hour rate. Your student account will be updated with your registration action.
Student Health Insurance is also charged of all new entering students. For more information, click here or visit the Student Health Insurance website.
New entering undergraduates will be charged for the 14 meal board plan. If you wish to change your board plan, please do so on-line through StudentAccess+. For inquiries, please contact Dining Services.
New entering undergraduates will also be charged an generic room charge to your student account until housing is assigned in early August. Your student account will be updated as the Housing Office completes this procedure. Click here for a list of specific housing rates.

The Office of Student Accounts will be open the Saturday of New Student Orientation (August 23rd, 2008) from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm to assist new students with payment, set-up for on-line services, or any other questions and concerns.
Registration is August 25th-26th for the 2008 Fall Semester and January 7th for the 2008 Spring Semester. Any student account not settled in full by the end of registration is charged an $80 Late Registration Fee and will be subject to service charges on any unpaid balance.
