1092. Contract Review

 

The responsible contracting officer will ensure that contracts receive adequate legal and financial review, will work with requesting departments on negotiating specific contract terms and will obtain the signature of the official authorized to sign contracts for the applicable campus.

  In accordance with applicable federal law, the responsible contracting officer shall verify that potential vendors are not excluded from participation in any federal health programs.
 

It is the responsibility of the user department to obtain the TIN for service contracts.
