1043 Gifts and Gratuities        
It is the policy of the University that University employees are to refuse personal gifts or gratuities in connection with the procurement function. University employees may not accept personal gifts or gratuities in connection with the procurement of goods and services. The Purchasing & Contracts staff may not accept personal gifts or gratuities from any current or potential supplier of goods or services.
