Purchasing & Contracts is the central procurement agency for the University. Greater efficiency, both in terms of economy to the University and service to departments, is achieved through specialization and centralization of Procurement. The purpose of the Procurement Department therefore, is to procure goods and services as economically, timely, and conveniently as possible.
