Persons interested in joining the Capital Chapter of the AMS should download this form and send it to the Chapter Secretary. [download here]

A new email list for the chapter has been set up using Google Groups. This new listserv will be much easier to manage than the current one and also offers the advantage that members will be able to read old messages online. Currently the group is restricted, meaning that you must be added by the manager, and that only members will be able to read the messages online. It is, however, set up so that any member can post a message. To be added to the new listserv, please send an email to Andrew Weaver at weavera@cua.edu and include in the body of the message the email address (or addresses) that you would like to be subscribed. If you haven't received a welcome message from the new listserv within 48 hours, please send another email to follow up. Once the new listserv has achieved critical mass, I will start sending emails to it, but I will also cross-post them to the current listserv. After the spring meeting, the current listserv will be phased out.
