During this research project, he was a recipient of the prestigious DAAD fellowship to visit Germany and carry out his work in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Eggehard Holler. He has published and presented his work in premier journals/meetings and has been a recipient of other prestigious awards. His research occasional meandering into biosensors and nanotech. His web based research tools SEQUEROME and InstaSeq are widely visited and linked to by researchers across the globe. Currently, his work involves interface design for simplified access to research tools, in life sciences, data mining (life sciences), besides coordinating research programs in Bioinformatics and Computational biosciences. Natarajan Ganesan also holds a management degree in International business from the Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Both, he and his wife, Dr. Thanemozhi G. Natarajan are pursuing Biomedical Research at Georgetown University. |
